This is one of the first years we carved pumpkins. (I'm lame and I don't like the mess) This year we had six pumpkins given to us by neighbors and the kids really wanted to carve them. The kids helped to get the gunky guts out and then I did my best to carve what they wanted. Andrew wanted an owl and each girl asked for a cat. I think they turned out really well. Matt has pictures of them lit up at night that I'll post later.
