Lehi Round Up Rodeo

This year we went to the Lehi Roundup Rodeo. It was great, well if you consider having a 5 year old freaked out that everyone will fall through the bleachers fun. Andrew was really the most scared I think I have ever seen him. If you moved or he moved he would grab your arm in this super tight DEATH GRIP and you’d have to calm him down before he would let go. The rodeo was fun Abbie loved the “cows” that’s what she called horses, cows, and bulls. She would wave and blow kisses to them. Allie loved seeing all of the rodeo royalty, and she liked the cows too. In the middle of the rodeo they had some dirt bikes come out and do a little show. Andrew really loved that!! We left after the dirt bikes because:

1. It was getting late
2. We parked far away and didn’t want to have to deal with the crowds (abbie did get to blow kisses to all of her “cows” as we walked the long walk to the car)
3. Matt was having an allergy attack from all of the dust and animals
4. Because my son has a strange fear of bleachers :) (who knew that?!)

We had fun and I think we may want to go back next year, we’ll just try and sit a little lower next time. :)
