St. Patrick’s day!!

This year was the first year the kids have really been in to St. Patty’s day. The whole week before they were asking about leprechauns, gold and what might happen on that day. It was kind of fun playing little tricks on them, they totally fell for it. Allie was keeping an eye out for the leprechaun and was worried that he would take something of hers. That morning those crazy leprechauns turned our milk green..my kids WOULD NOT drink it!! Also when I was making pancakes he somehow turned those green too!! The kids did eat those and they were amazed that they tasted the same as always just green. He left us some gold coins and that’s about it. He was going to do some other funny tricks but I got in my very first car accident that day and Abbie was sick so we never got to finish the fun tricks of the day. Maybe the accident was his (the leprechauns) crazy trick for me. Oh man what a day that was!! But it started out really fun with lots and lots of green food!!
